I was lead 3D artist on a reboot of Zynga’s Cityville which was intended for mobile devices. Sadly, the project was cancelled almost three years into development. I joined the project early in pre-production and worked closely with the art director to define the look of the environment and vehicles through visual targets such as the one shown below.
Everything from terrain and building architecture to vehicle style went through many design iterations. I managed and directed the construction and integration of hundreds of 3D building, environment and vehicle assets, most of which were outsourced. Some in-game assets, which I was able to create myself, are also shown below.
